Katie O'Connor

Born and raised in Bartlett, Illinois, Katie O’Connor made her way to Colorado to pursue her passion for education. She earned her degree in Special Education in Greeley and went on to complete her Master’s in Educational Equity and Cultural Diversity at the University of Colorado Boulder. Katie then spent 13 years teaching Special Education and High School English, where she honed the skills that now make her such a trusted and effective Realtor®—advocacy, organization, empathy, and clear communication.

Today, Katie brings that same dedication to her real estate clients. With deep knowledge of Colorado’s vibrant communities and a keen eye for design, she not only has a talent for staging her listings to shine but also specializes in helping people relocate to Colorado with confidence and ease. Katie is especially passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers, as well as supporting educators and first responders—groups she feels deeply connected to through her own background in education and commitment to community.

Whether she’s helping a family plant roots in Colorado, staging a home to sell quickly, or walking a first-time buyer through each step of the process, Katie ensures her clients feel informed, empowered, and cared for from start to finish.

When she’s not helping people find their perfect place, Katie can be found at home with her husband and their two lovable pups, tackling her next DIY project, or catching live music around town. She’s also your go-to for local restaurant recommendations!
